1 pkt bean shoots 250grm

1 cup chopped coriander

1 sml Lebanese cucumber

1 celery stick

150g snow peas

1 sml red capsicum

3 shallots

1 clove garlic

1 pce ginger same size as garlic

50 mls Smokin’ Stu’s ginger, garlic & soy dressing or Tamari

METHOD

De-seed capsicum and cucumber. String your snow peas then chop or slice vegetables as you like. Grate garlic and ginger.

Toss vegetables with bean shoots, Coriander, Smokin’Stu’s dressing, Salt and pepper then serve. This salad if great with bbq-ed chicken, fish, prawns or pork. Enjoy.
