Do I have to be home for my delivery?

No. We can leave your delivery at your door ,or a safe place for you to collect on your return home. When placing your order on line, you can leave a set of instructions or details on where you would like us to put your order if you know you will not be home.

Our drivers deliver to our customers in refrigerated vehicles that comply with industry standards. This ensures your order arrives fresh.

How does my order stay fresh on my doorstep?

Ideally we endeavor to deliver to you when you are at home, but if not we will deliver your order in chiller boxes , place it re: your instructions or in a shady place. Keep in mind if you have ordered chilled or dairy items you would not want to leave them unattended for a long period of time.

Where does Tweed fruit Exchange produce come from?

Our products are sourced locally, nationally and some imported items.

What are your cut-off times for placing orders?

As long as your order is placed and payment recieved by 7am we can offer same day delivery.

What is the minimum order I can place?

A minimum  $30.00 purchase is required for home delivery. All deliveries will attract a  $5.00 flat fee for delivery.
