Refund policy

We at Tweed Fruit Exchange are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality produce. We take pride in our products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, we understand that there may be occasions where a customer may wish to return or request a refund for a product. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange within 24 hours of the purchase.

  2. To receive a refund or exchange, you must present your original receipt as proof of purchase.

  3. If the product you purchased is spoiled or damaged, we will exchange it for a fresh one or provide you with a full refund.

  4. If you have purchased a product that is not in season, we will provide you with a refund or exchange for another product of equal value.

  5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please note that our refund policy does not cover products that have been mishandled or improperly stored by the customer after leaving our store.
